2.Q:Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?

A:Our factory is located in Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province, China, about 3 hours bus ride from Shanghai .All our clients, from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us!


3.Q: Can you do OEM?

A: Yes, we can do OEM products. It's no problem.


4.Q:How can I get some samples?

A:1.We are honored to offer you samples. New clients are expected to pay for the courier cost, the samples are free for you if you choose our design goods, this charge will be deducted from the payment for formal order.


2. If you need us to help your design goods, there will be the fees for the moulding producing, but one more thing you must keep in mind is that, if you choose to place the order with us, all the fees during the sample production will be refund in your future order.




5.Q:How does your factory do regarding quality control?

A:1).All raw material we used are environmental-friendly;

2).Skilful workers care every details in handling the producing and packing processes;

3).Quality Control Department specially responsible for quality checking in each process.




Washing instructions:

Hand wash in cold water with mild soap. Rinse thoroghly. Air dry at room temperature. Do not machine wash or dry. Should a rash or irritation occur, discontinue use and consult your physician.





Package:

1)each one in a poly bag,then 100 pcs in a carton

2)each one in polybag then in the color bag, then 48 pcs color box in the outer carton
